CleanCo Queensland Limited (CleanCo) has been officially designated as a government-owned corporation and appointed a new board and chair.
Era Innovation partner Jacqui Walters will be the chair, with chartered accountant and former CS Energy director Tracy Dare and former Australian Renewable Energy Agency chief Ivor Frischknecht as directors.
The appointed board members have a wealth of energy sector experience and strong change management and business leadership skills to ensure a smooth establishment.
The board members have been appointed for a three-year term from 17 December 2018.
